Hop Water from Home
Hello,
Hello,
I really like hop water, and I wanted to explore ways to make it from home without all the extra brewing gear. The new and cool hop combination from the month of September was a 50/50 blend of Equinox and Mosaic for a refreshing and dank IPA flavor profile.

Briefly, I make a concentrated hop tea and add about a shot glass to a can of seltzer (1:4 ratio by volume). The hop tea is made from a ratio of 1 gram of hop pellets per 100 ml of hot water (170F) brewed for 20 minutes. I let the tea get cold before adding to carbonated water. I make 1L of hop tea at a time for about 5L of hop water throughout the week.
